a rockin’
Jayden’s aunt Brynn made him this rocking chair with airplanes all over it. He drags it, while saying ‘rock, rock’, all over the house, so he can sit in it in different spots. Once he climbs up into the chair, he starts rocking and says, ‘airplane!’ over and over. I’m not sure, but I think he thinks the chair turns into an airplane once he’s in it.
I think he likes it….
That looks like the rocking chairs Heidi and Travis had when they were little. Heidi still has hers, Travis doesn’t. Jayden’s chair is painted very beautiful though. Sooooo cute as usual.
Boy do I miss you three, especially that smile of Jayden’s.
Wish I was there to peek into your hat pile - with the wind here, I have a feeling I will need a hat - even in the fall. Glad you have heat now. It’s not fun to HAVE to wear a hat.

Hey, I think we (me and you, Rach) used to have little rocking chairs like that. I dinstincly remember sitting in them in our jammies right next to dad…in his rocking chair…and all three of us sipping on Buckhorn beer. Dad got the can, we got little Dixie cups! Shame on you dad! :) I think it is hilarious that when I see Jayden’s little rocking chair I remember drinking beer as a child! It’s a fond memory! :)
Heck we drank beer straight from the tap as my dad had a kegerator. Jayden will not be getting any beer, look what it did to you two.
