I keep thinking I need to carve a pumpkin but arizona and 95+ heat just doesn't go together with pumpkin carving and the traditional chicken and chantrel mushroom stew.....I packed chantrelles and we'll have stew when we get to kansas.....that little girl can be born to the smell of autumn harvest stew.....:
am glad you are keeping family traditions alive and well!!!! royal you mentioned the hotdog....wasn't there kettle corn? perhaps there isn't kettle corn in kansas? might it be a good business venture?
keep taking it EASY rachel.....keep that little kid in the oven till i get there....gonna sing her "welcome to the family".....can't wait to see you......i'm getting really excited to see that blonde little boy, your great beautiful belly and beautiful green eyes and your handsome hunk of a husband.....can't wait, can't wait....soon soon soon....

What a fun day! I'm sorry little Martha had such an adverse feeling about the day and pictures...(just cracked me up).
I was actually expecting to read about an added fishing adventure when I say the pond in the background of the first shot. HA!

AND...I love the nursery, Rachel! So cute and creative. Can't wait till you can lay that sweet little girl in the crib and rock her in the glider.

Continued prayers.....(and love of course)

Sweet photos man!! I ran into Heidi at Urraco, we were on our laptops, and she's giggling and says "have you seen Rachel's latest blog entry. . . " So you were the topic of conversation at the coffee shop - just so you know!

The pumpkin patch was a lot of fun, we even kept up the tradition of having a hot dog at the farm. The kids had a blast, and the pumpkins were in good shape. Another successful holiday adventure.
